Tom Holt
Founder & Principal
Tom Holt is a real estate investment and development professional with more than two decades of experience sourcing, acquiring, entitling, and developing residential, hospitality, and mixed-use properties across major U.S. markets.
Prior to founding Holt Partners, Tom served as a Partner at Beam Reach, where he led the firm's Bay Area investment activities, with responsibility for sourcing and executing real estate transactions throughout the region.
Previously, Tom held senior investment and development positions at Shorenstein Realty and AGI Avant. His experience spans the full real estate investment lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and structuring acquisitions to securing entitlements, arranging financing, overseeing development, and executing dispositions.
Over the course of his career, Tom has been involved in numerous significant projects, including 50 Jones and Mosso in San Francisco, Jasper Towers in Denver, Maverick in Minneapolis, and the Marriott TownePlace Suites in San Jose.
Tom founded Holt Partners to pursue real estate investments where disciplined acquisition strategies, thoughtful development, and hands-on execution can create lasting value.
